As a business owner I understand that my clients want to get things done – as soon as possible (most of the time), to a high standard and reap the rewards long-term. To make that happen I don’t start a project by talking, but by listening. Not simply executing what is initially asked, but instead looking for the real problem and working on solving that. In my process, communication is critical. My clients trust me and I work really hard to meet their expectations every time.
