I worry often, and as many of the people that know me would confirm – I “live in my head” a large part of the time. Overthinking has often made me unnecessarily worried, tired, grumpy and whatnot. In fact worrying can lead to some serious health problems such as stomach and digestion issues, weakening of the immune system, skin conditions such as psoriasis, hearth problems and difficulty sleeping. I’ve decided to donate my birthday today. What does that mean? It means that I am asking anyone who would consider giving me a present to rather donate the money for it here. I have been lucky to have a family and grow loved and this is what I remember on my birthday. Continue reading
I keep forgetting it, but when I remember it calms me down. It’s not about trying to make things hard for yourself, because life is already hard on its own.
