I have just completed a flyer for a course that we’re planning to do with my brother for our company Huma and our friend Paul at Balkep, Balkan ecology project.
The back is the same, but translated in Bulgarian.
This is a small video I made of my grandmother making a traditional Bulgarian banitsa. I would love your feedback on the video, but please keep in mind it was my first try of making any similar sort of a video and also the lighting in the room was quite basic.
Finally, I hope you enjoy it and can grasp a bit of the spirit involved in this tradition and my grandmother’s love.
The music is Ben Howard’s “Old Pine”. I have no rights, just used it because it felt fitting and a bit nostalgic.
